C3i Solutions’ Training Services group is releasing a suite of training materials designed to facilitate Veeva CRM clients’ transition to the new “Sunrise” user interface (UI) when it is released on August 10, 2018.
The first tool is a short video explaining key highlights of the new Sunrise UI. It is designed to help alleviate end-users’ concerns that the new user experience will be hard to assimilate, and point up some of the benefits of the design.
A full set of end-user training materials will be released on August 10th, including:
- Foundational, self-paced video modules
- Instructor-led training materials (agenda, leader’s guide and workbook) based on an out-of-the-box Veeva environment
- A set of quick-reference cards (QRCs) covering core Sunrise features and functions
- Student’s Workbook
All training materials can be customized to a client’s specific requirements. We also offer translation services for all materials, which will be quoted upon request.
