The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of contact center, customer service, business development and sales professionals worldwide. The 2017 Finalists in the 11th edition of the Annual Stevie Awards were announced on Friday, January 20.
C3iHC’s Social Media Solution for Life Sciences was announced as a Finalist in the categories “Best Use of Technology in Customer Service ” and “e-Commerce Customer Service”.
The Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie placements will be revealed at the 2017 awards gala at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, February 24.
